Rates & Terms

Rates at Funny Farm RV & Tiny Home Park start at $700 a month. This includes all utilities: city water, sewer & electric.

All payments will be made online through Firefly Reservations by bank transfer or credit card. A small processing fee will apply. Automatic payment processing is encouraged.

A security deposit + first months rent will be required at signing of lease agreement. Wifi and cable are not provided and are each guests responsibility.

All units are required to be 10 years or newer (or otherwise by picture pre-approval from management).

We offer a laundry room and on-site storage units for rent to provide close and convenient personal storage.

With large concrete pads, each guest has plenty of room to enjoy their front porch sitting during the delightful Tennessee seasons.
